The Left's Truth Theorem, Fast and Furious

When President Obama took office back in 2008, one of his promises was that he would come to run "the most transparent administration in history." Yet, what we all forgot about was, the Left's truth theorem; which works like this: whatever the Left says, the opposite is true; and this is especially true when they are attempting to get away with something, deny something, or pass something. An unfortunate theorem, that once again has been demonstrated to be true, for President Obama's administration has had more scandals than even the Nixon administration, with the NSA scandal, the Benghazi scandal, the IRS scandal, the Obamacare scandal, and of course the very first to top the list, the "Fast and Furious" gun-walking scandal.

A scandal, that as we learned just this weekend with the recent release of John Dodson's (the agent who blew the lid off the Justice Department's "Fast and Furious" gun-walking scandal at the very beginning) book titled, The Unarmed Truth; was much more scandalous than initially thought.

Since in the book, which the Obama administration attempted to block from ever seeing the light of day, John Dodson outlines the inner workings of the Fast and Furious project, demonstrating how the FBI worked as a protection racket for different cartels. As embedded agents were ordered to do anything necessary to increase their clout within a cartel in order to get closer to the Tier 1 and Tier 2 members of the cartel; even if that meant engaging in increased crime and violence. Not only that, but the FBI worked with certain cartels in exchange for information, effectively aiding them in building their drug empires by eliminating their enemies (competing cartels) for them.

As a result certain cartels not only survived and grew in power, but as a high-ranking Sinaloa Cartel Operative by the name of Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla put it "certain cartels were given carte blanche to continue to smuggle tons of illicit drugs into Chicago and the rest of the United States and were also protected by the United States government from arrest and prosecution in return for providing information against rival cartels which helped Mexican and United States authorities capture or kill thousands of rival cartel members."

Yet, as horrific as the notion is, of the United States FBI working as agents for the cartels to enable them to build their empires and eliminating their enemies, instead of securing the border, punishing all who cross it, and remaining both undercover and moral, as well as paying informants for information; Dodson also outlined the plausible scenario that the FBI was actually behind the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry back in 2010.

Since in 2010, Terry was sent to a remote area known as Peck Canyon where violence had escalated between rival gangs over the stealing of narcotics from their mules (drug-runners), where in a shootout with multiple bandits he was slain by assault rifles that were directly linked to "Fast and Furious". As authorities had encouraged arms dealers in the area to sell over 2000 weapons to cartel "straw buyers" instead of arresting them on the spot as they came in to make their purchases. Yet, what is even more shocking is that the shootout that ended in Terry's death may have actually been orchestrated by the FBI itself.

Since, as Dobson outlines in his book, that December night of Terry's death, the FBI and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) arranged for a large drug shipment to pass through Peck Canyon, promising the rival cartel that would be theirs for the taking in order to increase the clout of the FBI agents within the cartel. With the resulting fire-fight that broke out between the two feuding gangs in the area, resulting in Terry's death. Since the FBI and DEA, asserts Dobson, believe that these type of incidents are going to happen anyway and so they act in such a way to bring them about in exchange for information and clout.

However, as "Fast and Furious" illustrates, that it the dumbest line of reasoning and justification for the program that the American people have ever heard. Since, not only is it setting up a system where the FBI is destroying one cartel only to build another in its place, and thus not resulting in any headway when it actually comes to solving the issue of the existence of these cartels; but as a result is clearly placing U.S. servicemen and woman in harms way that the FBI and DEA themselves bring about, for nothing.

Thus proving unfortunately, that when President Obama spoke and said that his administration will be "the most transparent administration in history," the Left truth theorem applied; resulting in not only one of the most inept Presidencies of the 21st century, but also one of the most corrupt. With the most dangerous part about all of it being, that President Obama still has three more years to ensure that his Presidency always will be the most inept and the most corrupt of the 21st century.
